Scope of Work & Core Responsibilities

• Architecture & Infrastructure: Core Hyperion Essbase maintenance alongside cloud-integrated infrastructure support.

Candidate Profile & Key Requirements

• Technical Qualifications
• Hyperion & Essbase Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Hyperion Essbase and Infrastructure support.
• o Prior AWS experience is a plus, but strong technical agility is the priority so they can quickly pick up AWS tools (S3, Redshift, Athena, Integrations, Step Functions).
• Weblogic is the middleware that Hyperion is built on so it has to be this.*
• Target Qualities & Culture Fit
• Hands-on FTEs: Must be execution-oriented and eager to roll up their sleeves.
• Value-Add Focus: We want candidates who look beyond simple task execution and actively seek ways to add value to the architecture and operations.
• Red Flags / What to Avoid
• Overly rigid/inflexible candidates who are set in their ways and unwilling to learn modern tech stacks.
• Candidates operating purely in "task mode" without driving continuous improvement or proactive problem-solving.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is between $120000 – $140000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
