Job summary

Ascendion in Redmond, WA is seeking a data & analytics professional to translate business needs into actionable reporting. You will gather requirements, document KPIs, and translate them into dashboards that drive decisions across finance and supply chain, partnering with IT and business stakeholders.

You will build and maintain KPIs using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau, develop automated reports, model data, and deliver data‑driven insights that inform forecasting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI, Excel, and/or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with experience with large datasets.
• Experience with automation and automated reporting/deliverables.
• Ability to gather requirements and work with business, finance, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, database management systems, and reporting tools.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI, Excel, and/or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with automation and automated reporting/deliverables.
• Ability to gather requirements and work effectively with business, finance, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, database management systems, and reporting tools.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Supply Chain Finance or finance-related workstreams.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience working with ambiguous business problems and developing data-driven solutions.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is between $1,22,700 – $1,33,120 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
