Samsung Electronics in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks an ESS Operations Specialist (Back End) to provide daily operational and administrative support for the Energy Storage Solutions Sales and Business Development teams. The role covers order processing, data management, sales reporting, and coordination of shipments.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts, updating customer accounts, and assisting with A/R tracking.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in operations, administration, sales support, or related field; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or similar business systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with sales order entry, PO processing, and customer account updates.
• Maintain sales records, forecasts, and order tracking reports; help with A/R tracking and revenue documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding order status, shipments, and customer requests.
