Samsung SDI America Inc. is seeking an ESS Operations Specialist (Back End) to support the Energy Storage Solutions sales and business development teams in Auburn Hills, MI. This role focuses on order processing, data management, reporting, shipment coordination, and customer documentation.

You will work with SAP/ERP and Salesforce, generate Excel-based reports, and assist with coordinating internal and customer communications. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply for this full-time position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in operations, administration, sales support, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily operational and administrative support to ESS Sales and Business Development teams.
• Enter and update information in SAP/ERP and Salesforce CRM; prepare Excel reports and meeting materials.
• Coordinate shipping documentation and internal communications; support meetings and events.
