This role collaborates with the Sales team and HQ in Korea to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities include market sensing, GTM planning, and P&L analysis related to ESS, with travel 10-20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing or related roles.
• Experience in ESS or energy storage industry preferred.
• Proven ability to translate market research into strategy.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Market Sensing: define and develop global market analysis and strategies for ESS.
• Conduct market/competitive research and summarize implications for GTM and portfolio.
• Report global strategy and support planning for major customers in energy storage.
• Business Development: identify new business areas and applications with new customers.
• Support opportunity discovery and early-stage GTM planning with Marketing Communications.
• Sales HQ support: assist Sales with marketing to customers and follow-ups with HQ in Korea.
• Pre/Post-Sale Solutions: build relationships and propose solutions with internal teams.
• P&L / Reporting: perform ESS-related P&L analysis and leadership updates.
