We value 1–2 years of kitchen experience, strong cooking knowledge, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a tight-knit team. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Solid knowledge of food preparation, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to work quickly with precision in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare station-specific items following standard recipes and guest specs.
• Inspect ingredients and maintain quality to meet standards.
• Maintain storage, portion control, and organization of kitchen products.
• Keep workstations and kitchen areas clean and compliant with health regulations.
• Set up, maintain, and break down your station efficiently.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
• Assist with inventory and storage of food items after service.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Be flexible to assist with additional culinary tasks.
