Job summary

SafeHouse Milwaukee, part of The Marcus Corporation, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team in delivering immersive guest experiences. You will coach staff, uphold service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a high-energy, guest-centric atmosphere.

We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with positivity, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. This role serves as a key leader on the floor, supporting daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring every mission is executed with excellence. Your Mission Objectives

• Lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, memorable guest experiences that align with the SafeHouse brand.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture through coaching, training, and hands-on leadership.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining service standards, staffing efficiency, and operational readiness.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while creating positive outcomes and lasting impressions.
• Support revenue growth through effective floor management, upselling opportunities, and strong guest engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment venue leadership experience with a passion for guest service.
• A confident, approachable leader who can motivate teams, provide direction, and lead by example during busy shifts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining operational standards and team accountability.
• Enthusiasm for the SafeHouse experience, including engaging with guests in a fun, interactive, and immersive environment.
