Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, banquet, or commercial kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and temperature controls.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with chefs and hotel departments.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards following HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation and station setup, including inventory rotation and stocking.
