SafeHouse Milwaukee is seeking a friendly Service Agent to welcome guests in character, brief them on the spy-themed surroundings, and deliver food and beverages with a smile. You will help create an unforgettable covert operation for every guest and ensure they leave eager to return for another mission.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or guest service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to engage with guests in a fun and interactive way
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in character as SafeHouse “agents” and introduce them to the spy-themed environment
• Engage with guests to enhance the immersive SafeHouse experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly and efficiently
• Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
• Maintain the unique spy culture and atmosphere throughout the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with fellow agents and kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas
• Follow all service standards, safety guidelines, and operational procedures
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about the SafeHouse experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
