• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails.
• Identify the reason for the customer’s inquiry, collect relevant information, and provide solutions.
• Schedule service calls and dispatch field employees efficiently.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding job details, updates, and scheduling changes.
• Refer to prepared scripts for various customer service topics.
• Use best practices in customer service to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Document all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide account information and resolve billing questions.
• Follow up on past-due accounts via phone and email.
• Enter and categorize financial data for internal profit & loss tracking.
• Assist with basic reporting and spreadsheet updates.
• Prepare and submit permit applications as needed; Assist with job setup and pre-construction administrative preparation.
• Manage material and product returns with vendors and suppliers.
• Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
• Work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
