The ideal candidate has GC experience, strong communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and manage owner relationships across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences or related field.
• Experience with or in a General Contractor environment.
• Procore experience or ability to learn.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of the contract from project onset.
• Document project updates and maintain logs; track changes.
• Develop and execute the purchasing plan; make timely buyout decisions.
