The Associate, Practice Development - Alliances is an entry‑level role in the Alliances & Strategy team, supporting partner communications, tracking, events, reporting, and joint sales initiatives with cross‑functional teams. With 0–2 years experience, strong communication, organization, and CRM/Microsoft Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or sales support experience preferred).
• Strong interest in a partner-facing business development career.
• Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication; proactive follow-up.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams; basic Excel).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) preferred; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Nurture partner relationships through regular communication and co-branded marketing initiatives.
• Track partner activities, opportunities, and ROI; maintain dashboards and reports.
• Assist leadership with reporting activities (pipeline, sourced/influenced revenue, campaign outcomes).
• Promote internal alignment with alliance partners and DMA teams.
• Maintain partner files, agreements, billing, and revenue-share documentation per agreements.
• Respond to alliance-related inquiries and assist with project communications.
• Support trade shows, partner events, and conferences (planning, logistics, onsite).
