Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive project schedules.
• Act as the primary liaison between Kovach and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit submittals and materials.
• Review scope, contract documents, and shop drawings.
• Create and regularly update the Kovach Project Schedule.
• Perform accurate material take-offs.
• Generate and submit monthly cost-at-completion reports.
• Issue and track purchase orders and material deliveries.
• Distribute and utilize installation manuals.
• Draft written communications and maintain effective communication.
