Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of business development or sales leadership experience.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of local/state/industrial sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the business development team to meet performance goals.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow revenue and client base.
• Prepare and present proposals, RFQs, and materials.
• Build relationships with clients and partners for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with objectives.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies with senior leadership.
• Represent the company at events to build brand presence.
