ServiceSource Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH) Supervisor to lead a multi-site team supporting NGA operations.

The role manages the NGA Safety Training Program, ensures contract compliance, and drives a proactive safety culture through training, audits, inspections, and incident prevention. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree, OSHA 30-hr, and a track record of supervision in ESOH disciplines, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health and Safety, Safety Management, or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree plus equivalent combination of relevant ESOH education, professional certifications, and experience required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in environmental, safety, occupational health, or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry required.
• Certifications preferred: ASP, CSP, OHST, CI, CHMM, Fire Inspector or Fire Protection certifications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a multi-site team of ESOH Coordinators, ensuring effective execution of environmental, safety, occupational health, life safety, and fire prevention programs.
• Manage the NGA Safety Training Program, including training needs assessments, curriculum development, instructor-led training delivery, compliance tracking, qualification management, and maintenance of audit-ready training records.
• Oversee contract compliance for assigned functional areas, ensuring all documents and requirements are met.
• Ensure 100% compliance with inspections, testing, maintenance, and documentation of safety equipment; report deficiencies for corrective action.
• Lead investigations of incidents, near-misses, and environmental events; perform root-cause analyses and implement preventive actions.
• Mentor and develop ESOH Coordinators; promote safety culture and operational excellence.
