Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach Academic ESL up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare and submit lesson plans before each session.
• Grade and provide timely feedback on student work.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessments.
• Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction.
• Maintain records reporting progress (SAP) to Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
• Attend quarterly instructor in-service meetings.
• Pursue professional development with at least two activities yearly.
• Organize and lead quarterly field trips for enrichment.
• Contribute to program improvement through feedback and committee participation.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
