Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Environmental Safety & Health Associate Manager, Policies and Procedures to own governance and lifecycle management of ESH documentation. You will work with subject matter experts across Legal, Operations, and People teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

You will lead writing efforts for policies and procedures, manage review workflows, and drive change management to deliver accessible communications and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Technical Communications, English, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, document management, ESH, quality systems, regulated industries, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting Environmental, Health & Safety management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar regulatory and management system frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience writing technical policies, procedures, and management system documentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional document review and approval processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working within document management systems and version control processes.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, and governance of all ESH documentation.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, user-friendly content.
• Establish templates, version control, and document management processes.
• Lead technical writing for new and revised EHS policies and procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional review cycles and ensure timely approvals.
• Develop training materials and job aids.
• Support audits with documentation and evidence of control.
