Job summary

Anduril in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Environmental Safety and Health Associate Manager to own governance, creation, and lifecycle management of ESH documents and communications. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives while partnering with SMEs, Legal, Operations, People, and Quality.

You’ll lead technical writing for policies and procedures, drive change management, coordinate cross‑functional reviews, and enable broad access via Confluence and Box.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical writing, document management, ESH, or regulated industries.
• Experience supporting Environmental, Health & Safety management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001/45001 or similar frameworks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional document review and approvals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with document management systems and version control.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, and governance of all ESH documentation, including policies, procedures, standards, work instructions, manuals, and supporting materials.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, version control, and processes.
• Ensure documentation reflects current regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Lead technical writing for new and revised EHS policies and procedures.
• Interview subject matter experts to capture technical requirements and processes.
• Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy, readability, and compliance.
• Develop job aids, FAQs, quick reference guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate communication plans for new/updated ESH programs with Corporate Communications.
• Drive accessibility to documents via Confluence, Box and similar tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional review cycles and approvals.
• Track comments, revisions, approvals, and timelines.
• Monitor document effectiveness and update per audits and regulatory changes.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and control compliance.
