This role ensures regulatory and company training is accurate, current, and tracked across the organization, partnering with EHS experts and Learning & Development. The position focuses on governance, content coordination, and training records management, rather than delivering instructor-led training, to support audits,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience administering compliance or EHS training programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory training requirements.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience managing training records in a regulated environment.
• Experience developing interactive training content for in-person and digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise administrator for the company’s EHS training program.
• Develop and maintain the corporate EHS training matrix for all job roles and locations.
• Coordinate the development and revision of EHS training content with SMEs and instructional designers.
• Assign required training to employees through the LMS.
• Monitor training completion and ensure compliance.
