Job summary

ODP Business Sourcing is seeking an ESG & Sustainability Compliance Specialist to support the Assistant General Counsel in advancing the company’s sustainability vision. You will manage ESG initiatives, track data, and ensure compliance with reporting standards across the enterprise.

The role operates within the Legal compliance function and involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing GHG data, and completing key ESG questionnaires such as CDP/EcoVadis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related compliance.
• Experience with ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and/or EcoVadis preferred.
• Experience with GHG emissions tracking and reporting preferred; corporate/legal/compliance background a plus.
• Certifications: LEED, GRI, CDP, SASB.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring ESG initiatives; align with enterprise strategy.
• Track and analyze ESG data; prepare reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance sustainable practices.
• Coordinate data gathering for GHG emissions and reporting to consultants, portals or regulators.
• Complete ESG surveys and questionnaires, including CDP and EcoVadis via internal systems.
