Job summary

GM seeks a Global Senior Manager of Socially & Environmentally Responsible Sourcing to lead the environmental and socially responsible supply chain program across direct and indirect supply chains. You will embed sourcing expectations into supplier onboarding, contracts, and performance management, driving improvements and governance aligned with the Supplier Code of Conduct.

You will partner with Corporate Global Sustainability and Legal to translate policy requirements into practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• “10+ years” in Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance, Sustainability/ESG, or Responsible Sourcing.
• Proven leadership experience managing 4–5 people.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management and analytics skills.
• Experience operating in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Socially & Environmentally Responsible sourcing strategy, governance, and procedures.
• Lead supplier due diligence and assessments, including CAPs and verification of closure.
• Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and leadership updates.
