Job summary

CodeGreen, a Pinchin company, seeks a Sustainability Analyst to join the ESG Strategy Team within the High Performing Buildings Practice. You will support sustainability strategy, reporting, and advisory engagements for real estate clients and collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.

You will help respond to evolving investor expectations, frameworks, and regulatory requirements while growing your ESG expertise and taking on increasing responsibilities across client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, real estate, public policy, engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional credential is a plus.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, real estate or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability disclosures, assessments, reports, and framework-aligned content for real estate clients.
• Assist with GRESB submissions and evidence review, performance analysis, and action planning.
• Contribute to sustainability reporting and disclosure work with frameworks like GRI, SASB, IFRS/ISSB, SFDR, UNPRI.
• Review source documentation and maintain clear records of methodologies and approvals.
• Perform quality-control reviews to ensure deliverables are accurate and client-ready.
• Research sustainability standards, frameworks, regulations, and ESG topics relevant to engagements.
• Analyze information and translate technical material into client-ready insights.
