CodeGreen is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to join the ESG Strategy Team within the High Performing Buildings Practice. You will support sustainability strategy, reporting, disclosure, and advisory engagements for real estate clients, collaborating with project teams to respond to evolving investor expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, real estate, public policy, engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, real estate, consulting or related area.
• Experience with GRESB, SASB, GRI, IFRS/ISSB, SFDR, UNPRI or similar frameworks preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support sustainability disclosures, assessments, reports and framework-aligned content for real estate clients.
• Assist with GRESB submissions, evidence review, and action planning.
• Prepare and refine client-ready presentations, trackers and narratives.
• Conduct research on standards, regulations and ESG topics relevant to engagements.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into concise insights.
