Qualifications

• Strong academic background in finance, real estate, or sustainability.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Strong data management and Excel skills.
• Coursework or exposure to sustainability or ESG is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate investing and core finance concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing ESG investment strategies across CenterSquare’s platforms.
• Support integration of ESG criteria in investment processes and due diligence.
• Help maintain tools that support ESG integration initiatives.
• Assist in ESG reporting, including UN PRI, GRESB, and client reporting.
• Contribute to sustainability reporting and responses to client requests.
• Develop and maintain sustainability and real estate research databases.
