Qualifications

• Experience with corporate engagement and governance topics.
• Sector knowledge in energy, materials, or REITs (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong research, analytical, and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proxy voting for sector coverage.
• Analyze statements and research to assess ballot items against guidelines.
• Document rationale for voting decisions and ensure timely votes.
• Support stewardship escalation and thematic initiatives.
• Coordinate with analysts on non-routine items for client interests.
• Monitor governance and sustainability trends informing policy updates.
