Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking an ESG Reporting Coordinator to support the Sustainable Impact program and the annual report. The role involves administration, data collection and analysis, and coordinating with cross-functional partners.

You will report to the Director, Global ESG and help ensure timely delivery of projects. The position emphasizes governance, stakeholder communication, and coordination of ESG activities across teams, with opportunities to develop expertise in sustainability

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree related to Communications, Environment, or Business.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams or corporate settings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate elements within the Sustainable Impact program and annual report.
• Assist with ESG data collection, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare materials for leadership, customer, and investor requests.
• Support governance documentation and internal/external reporting processes.
• Collaborate with team members to drive project execution and benchmarking.
