Responsibilities

  • Support Sustainable Impact Project Manager by driving execution of project plans, assisting in project governance, and coordinating internal effort for projects such as the annual Sustainable Impact report, UN Global Compact Communication on Progress, and the company’s EcoVadis questionnaire response.
  • Prepare meeting materials, action logs, and status trackers to support effective delivery.
  • Support ongoing ESG communication efforts such as internal and external social media posts, emails, webinars, and in-person events.
  • Develop materials for leadership requests, customer requests, investor requests, and internal governance.

The ESG Reporting Coordinator manages daily logistics, schedules, and communication to help projects, programs, or offices run smoothly. Core duties involve organizing tasks, tracking progress, and acting as a main link between team members, clients, and outside vendors.


Scheduling:

Setting up meetings, managing calendars, and making sure teams stick to timelines.


Communication:

Answering inquiries, writing reports, and passing messages between departments.


Logistics:

Ordering supplies, organizing files, and handling vendor contracts or invoices.


Your role:

The successful candidate will support Ingram Micro’s Sustainable Impact program by helping coordinate elements within the program’s strategic projects, including the annual Sustainable Impact report. The role involves administration, data collection and analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include managing team productivity, assisting with ESG data collection, supporting reporting efforts, and engaging with cross-functional partners. The ESG Reporting Coordinator will report to Ingram Micro’s Director, Global ESG.


Responsibilities:


  • Support Sustainable Impact Project Manager by driving execution of project plans, assisting in project governance, and coordinating internal effort for projects such as the annual Sustainable Impact report, UN Global Compact Communication on Progress, and the company’s annual EcoVadis questionnaire response.

  • Prepare meeting materials, action logs, and status trackers to support effective delivery.

  • Support ongoing ESG communication efforts such as internal and external social media posts, emails, webinars, and in-person events.

  • Support the development of materials for leadership requests, customer requests, investor requests, and internal governance.

  • Assist with ESG data and information collection and analysis as needed, coordinate data collection with internal data owners, including validation, version control, reconciliation, and documentation of assumptions.

  • Support preparation of documents, data, supporting evidence, and working files to support internal review processes, assurance activities, and audit readiness.

  • Conduct internal and external research on ESG topics to assist with program benchmarking, reporting strategy, best practice strategies, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Collaborate with IngramMicro Sustainable Impact teammates to act as an ambassador for program topics and initiatives. Support various team projects and activities as needed.


What you bring to the role:


  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience required).

  • 0-1 years of experience in an ESG-related role in an in-house, consulting, corporate communications, public relations, or public sector capacity.

  • Ability to understand and work within complex organizational structures.

  • Ability to work within a diverse, cross-functional team to achieve objectives.

  • Excellent communications, organizational, and project management skills.


The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $40,300.00 - $60,500.00 per year.


The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
