Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking an Environmental and Social Responsibility Reporting and Compliance Project Coordinator for a hybrid role in Denver, CO. You will support VF's E&SR reporting initiatives through project support, tracking, and analysis.

You will collaborate across sustainability, legal, finance, product stewardship, responsible sourcing, inclusion and diversity, government affairs, communications and supply chain to ensure timely regulatory disclosures and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and Master’s preferred.
• Experience with ESG reporting and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG reporting initiatives through project support, tracking and monitoring global regulations and reporting requirements.
• Provide ongoing project management support, including developing timelines, coordinating meetings and stakeholder outreach, and updating reporting systems.
• Support development of regulatory and voluntary disclosures (CSRD, ISSB, CDP, ESG ratings, etc.).
• Monitor current ESG regulatory requirements and update stakeholders on timelines.
