Job summary

Vomela, a full-service visual communications company, is seeking a Responsible Business Analyst to lead ESG data collection, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across production centers. You will own the data pipeline, ensure auditable reporting, and drive improvements in EcoVadis scores.

This role supports Climate Pledge readiness, helps shape multi-year Responsible Business strategy, and communicates insights through executive-ready presentations to leaders and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of ESG/corporate sustainability experience; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ESG reporting frameworks and data collection.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills; ability to build trackers.

Responsibilities

• Own collection, validation, and organization of ESG data across production centers.
• Build data collection systems and trackers to support auditable reporting.
• Manage Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting per GHG Protocol.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc ESG reports and leadership briefings.
• Lead EcoVadis assessment process and drive score improvement.
• Support Climate Pledge readiness and decarbonization initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant ops, procurement, finance, and HR for data needs.
• Translate ESG concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
