Rise Baking Company in Minneapolis is seeking an ESG Project Manager to lead the design and execution of our environmental, social, and governance program. You will partner with Operations, HR, Quality, Legal, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Finance to set KPIs and strengthen governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability or related field
• 3+ years ESG/sustainability experience
• Familiar with ESG reporting frameworks and standards
• Strong data collection and validation experience

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement ESG strategy aligned with objectives
• Track and report environmental metrics across facilities
• Lead supplier engagement on sustainability expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments
• Prepare ESG disclosures under GRI/SASB/CDP
