Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Senior ESG Program Manager to drive product carbon footprinting, Scope 3 reporting, and target modeling. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, support audits, and ensure compliant documentation across the ESG program.

Reporting to the Head of ESG & Human Rights, you will manage multiple workstreams, maintain processes, and engage with customers and auditors to advance ADI’s sustainability commitments with rigor and execution discipline.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with greenhouse gas accounting and GHG Protocol
• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable processes
• Experience supporting audits, certifications, or compliance programs
• Strong ability to work across functions and coordinate contributors
• Ability to write clear procedures, work instructions, trackers, and presentations
• Demonstrated detail‑oriented judgment and escalation when needed

Responsibilities

• Lead product carbon footprint work and align outputs to ISO standards and customer requirements
• Coordinate ESG initiatives across internal functions for timely execution
• Support Scope 3 reporting with stakeholders and ensure deliverable readiness
• Model sustainability targets, outcomes, and opportunities
• Support audits and assessments with documentation and coordination
• Engage with customers on PCF topics with accurate information
• Develop and maintain procedures, trackers, and program documentation
• Manage project timelines and escalate risks across workstreams
