Job summary

Churchill Asset Management in New York seeks a detail‑oriented ESG Analyst to support data analytics across our portfolio. You will evaluate ESG KPIs, help build and maintain our ESG database, and assist the RI team with data collection and reporting.

You will attend investment committee meetings across Senior Lending, Private Equity and Junior Capital to document ESG risks and opportunities, and provide support for RI due diligence questionnaires and RFPs.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing figures
• Familiarity with private credit markets and asset classes is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, results-driven team
• Leadership skills with the ability to negotiate and influence

Responsibilities

• ESG data analytics across the portfolio
• Evaluating ESG KPIs across new and existing portfolio companies
• Assisting the RI team in creating and maintaining the ESG database
• Attending investment committee meetings to document ESG risks and opportunities
• Providing support for RI due diligence questionnaires and RFPs for Investor Solutions and Client Services
