Job summary

Churchill, an investment-specialist affiliate of Nuveen, seeks a driven ESG data analyst to support research and reporting across private credit and investment activities. You will analyze ESG KPIs, contribute to an ESG database, and help document risks and opportunities during investment committee meetings.

You will collaborate with the RI team and Investor Solutions Group on DDQ and RFP tasks, gaining exposure to fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Climate and Sustainability Management, Economics, Environmental Management or related field.
Attention to detail with careful review of numbers and consistency.
Familiarity with private credit markets and asset classes is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication; active listening.
Proven collaboration in fast-paced, results-driven teams.
Demonstrated leadership with ability to influence and gain credibility.

Responsibilities

Conduct ESG data analytics and KPI evaluation for portfolio companies.
Assist RI team in building and maintaining an ESG database and reporting.
Attend investment committee meetings to document ESG risks and opportunities across businesses.
Support Investor Solutions Group & Client Services with RI DDQ and RFP preparations.
