Job summary

Churchill, an investment specialist affiliate of Nuveen, seeks a student-oriented ESG data analyst to support our Responsible Investments team in New York. You will perform ESG data analytics, evaluate KPIs across portfolio companies, and help maintain our ESG database for streamlined reporting.

You will attend investment committee meetings, documenting key ESG risks and opportunities, and assist with RI DDQs and RFPs for Investor Solutions Group and Client Services.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail; careful review of facts and figures, quick to identify errors and ensure consistency.
• Familiarity with private credit markets, investment strategies and asset classes is a plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of collaborating in a fast-paced, results-driven team.
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to negotiate, influence and gain credibility.
• Innovative and creative thinker capable of connecting disparate ideas.

Responsibilities

• ESG data analytics.
• Evaluating the ESG KPIs across new and existing portfolio companies.
• Assisting the RI team in creating and maintaining our ESG database for streamlined data collection and reporting.
• Attending investment committee meetings across Senior Lending and Private Equity and Junior Capital to document ESG risks and opportunities.
• Providing support for RI DDQs and RFPs for Investor Solutions Group & Client Services.
