Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares for and conducts Parent and student conferences.
• Delivers instruction in modalities instituted by the school and program.
• Collects data and appropriate work samples.
• Plans and conducts appointments with parents.
• Assists regular education teachers with specially designed instruction.
• Participates in monthly outings.
• Provides support for ESE student achievement and inclusion plans.
• Arranges training for inclusionary practices.
• Acts as liaison for inclusion as appropriate.
• Plans for classroom and testing accommodations for students with disabilities.
• Models strategies for inclusionary practices.
• Develops and adapts curriculum materials to meet student needs.
