Job summary

Charter Schools USA seeks an experienced ESE Teacher to collaborate with parents, students, and regular education teachers to promote achievement. The role supports inclusion, develops and implements IEPs, and monitors progress in alignment with school policy.

You will coordinate with teams, provide accommodations planning, and help maintain compliant student records while delivering effective instruction and data-driven interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• State Certification in Special Education (HQ preferred).
• Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.
• Experience with IEPs and inclusionary practices.
• Ability to coordinate with parents and educators.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct parent and student conferences.
• Deliver instruction and adapt curriculum for students with disabilities.
• Maintain IEPs, progress monitoring, and quarterly reports.
• Collaborate with regular education teachers to support inclusion.
• Proctor standardized tests and complete required documentation.
