Job summary

Union Preparatory Academy at Indian Trail, part of Charter Schools USA, seeks an ESE Assistant to support the special education teacher and students with disabilities. You will provide physical assistance, safety, and emotional support to help students gain maximum benefit from the classroom experience.

You will assist with therapy techniques, implement rehabilitative plans, and help with daily activities and transportation, while safeguarding student well-being and confidentiality.

• Assists with transportation and safety during class trips or commutes.
• Supports classroom projects, crafts, and curriculum tasks.
• Contributes to behavior management and supervision to ensure safety.
