Job summary

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, seeks a Manufacturing Compliance Supervisor to oversee campus compliance programs, ESD control, document control, calibration, and QMS compliance in a manufacturing environment.

You will supervise the Compliance Coordinator team, maintain audit calendars, and coordinate corrective actions across facilities while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Facilities to improve product and process integrity.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in manufacturing quality, ESD, engineering, compliance, or related technical experience.
• Includes hands-on ESD program experience and prior supervision or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Compliance Coordinator team and related roles; set objectives, priorities, and coaching.
• Maintain an integrated compliance calendar and audit readiness; coordinate budget and needs with the Manager.
• Translate ESD, ANSI/ESD, and IEC requirements into campus controls; maintain ESD Control Program Plans and records.
• Qualify ESD protected areas; review equipment installations and changes; evaluate control products and test equipment.
• Set risk-based verification schedules for grounding, work surfaces, monitors, ionization, and other controls; ensure calibrated instruments are available.
• Lead program audits, assessments, and reviews across buildings and shifts; support external audits and findings closure.
