Job summary

Foxconn is seeking an experienced EHS professional to ensure a safe, compliant manufacturing environment. The role focuses on risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous safety improvements across operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in EHS within manufacturing, strong OSHA/EPA knowledge, and experience leading ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 efforts. A Bachelor’s degree in safety/environmental fields is required, with master’s and professional certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or related field required.
• Minimum five years EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits.
• Ability to lead investigations and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and audits; document findings and verify corrective actions.
• Apply OSHA and EPA requirements to site activities and procedures.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations and establish root causes.
• Perform risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses for tasks.
• Support environmental programs (hazardous waste, spill prevention, stormwater, reporting).
• Maintain EHS records and training docs.
• Deliver safety training and coach teams on safe work practices.
• Coordinate with leaders to resolve EHS concerns.
• Assist ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and internal audits.
• Monitor contractor safety and ensure compliance.
