Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5 DCF Housing Case Managers providing direct support to participants in emergency housing.
• Conduct field visits and monitor service quality to ensure program outcomes.
• Support program implementation and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Represent DCF in collaboration with community organizations and state partners.
