Responsibilities

• Manage loan documents and collateral perfection (mortgages, titles, UCCs).
• Track hazard and flood insurance escrows and renewals.
• Process document printing and title services for repossession and related needs.
• Verify initial hazard insurance coverage for large loans and government‑backed programs.
• Audit collateral vault and verify title policies, mortgages, UCCs and VINs.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with policy and procedure.
