Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Manager-Title to support the Branch Manager in overseeing escrow and closing functions, staffing, and operations for the branch.

The role requires supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance, and building relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, and buyers to grow title and escrow business. The candidate will supervise multiple staff, coordinate training, implement procedures, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–8 years of related experience and/or training.
• Must meet state requirements regarding licensing, bonding and CE hours.
• Notary Public in the state of the branch is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training for all employees within the escrow office.
• Solicit escrow and title business from realtors, lenders, builders, sellers and buyers.
• Supervise all branch activities including escrow procedures, accounting, bookkeeping, marketing and maintenance as directed by the Branch Manager.
• Establish and maintain social, professional and civic relationships to promote goodwill and future business.
• Supervise escrow functions and implement operating procedures as directed by the Branch Manager.
• Perform tasks of the Escrow Receptionist, Escrow Technician, Assistant Escrow Officer, and Escrow Officer.
• Direct activities of other branch personnel in escrow functions and supervise office personnel as needed.
• Travel overnight as required and conduct all business professionally to increase goodwill and company profits.
