D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Manager-Title to support escrow/closing functions in the branch offices. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining professional relationships to grow business.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 6–8 years of related experience, and Notary Public in the branch state, with proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Six to eight years of related experience and/or training.
• Must meet state requirements regarding licensing, bonding and CE hours.
• Notary Public in the state of the branch.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form or via DRH applications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; vision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training for all employees within the escrow office.
• Solicit escrow and title business from realtors, lenders, builders, and sellers and buyers.
• Supervise all aspects of branch activities including escrow procedures, accounting and bookkeeping, marketing, and branch maintenance as directed by the Branch Manager.
• Establish and maintain social, professional, and civic relationships to promote goodwill and future business.
• Supervise escrow functions and implement operating procedures as directed by the Branch Manager or other departments.
• Perform tasks of the Escrow Receptionist, Escrow Technician, Assistant Escrow Officer, and Escrow Officer.
• Direct the activities of other branch personnel in escrow functions as requested by the Branch Manager.
• Supervise other office personnel in accordance with Company policies.
• Perform other tasks to assist the Branch Manager in operation of the branch.
• Conduct business professionally and ethically to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit.
• Travel overnight as required.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Branch Operations Manager-Title. The right candidate will w ork under the direction and supervision of a Branch Manager and assist that manager with the effective operation of personnel, equipment, and other resources necessary to perform the efficient escrow/closing functions in the escrow offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate training for all employees within the escrow office
• Effectively solicit escrow and title business from realtors, lenders, builders, and sellers and buyers
• Supervise all aspects of branch activities, including, without limitation, all escrow procedures, accounting and bookkeeping functions, marketing, and branch maintenance as directed by the Branch Manager
• Establish and maintain relationships which are social, professional, and civic or community in nature, which promote the goodwill of the company and develop future business
• Supervise escrow functions within the office and implement operating procedures developed by the Branch Manager, escrow administration, or other departments
• Perform all tasks of the Escrow Receptionist, Escrow Technician, Assistant Escrow Officer, and Escrow Officer
• As requested by the Branch Manager, direct the activities of other branch personnel in the performance of escrow functions
• As requested by the Branch Manager, supervise other office personnel in accordance with established Company personnel procedures and policies
• As requested by the Branch Manager, perform other tasks and duties which in a general way assist the Branch Manager in the effective and efficient operation of the branch
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
• Ability to travel overnight
