Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Escrow Branch Manager to oversee escrow/closing operations across the branch network. The role requires leadership of personnel, adherence to policies, and effective supervision of accounting and escrow functions to ensure smooth closing processes for home buyers.

The candidate will coordinate training, recruit qualified escrow staff, and maintain strong relationships with Realtors, lenders and builders to support branch revenue goals and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Fifth year college or university program certificate or 2–4 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of real estate financing, title insurance requirements, policies and underwriting.
• Understanding of accounting practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two or more subordinate supervisors and escrow personnel.
• Recruit, hire and train escrow/marketing staff.
• Coordinate training for escrow office employees.
• Supervise escrow procedures, accounting, marketing and branch maintenance.
• Develop and implement branch revenue goals and annual budget.
• Maintain relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders and buyers.
