Job summary

OS National LLC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support title and escrow operations. You will open orders in ResWare, validate electronic orders, and order title services to ensure accurate, timely processing.

In this role you will create and manage files, verify data integrity, and collaborate with SOU teams to resolve issues. A strong customer-focused mindset and the ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited institution.
• Experience in a high-touch customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Open orders in ResWare and validate orders (electronic or manual).
• Create files for orders that do not come electronically.
• Verify and correct order information in electronic feeds.
• Retrieve information from prior files and drop into new files.
• Create Assignments as needed and drop Lender Cards on the file in ResWare.
• Order title based on client and state.
• Support other SOU teams as applicable.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Role And Responsibilities

Responsible for opening new orders in ResWare and/or validating orders received electronically as well as ordering title. Participates in learning and development activities to expand knowledge base.

• Opens orders in ResWare
• Manually creates files for orders that do not come through electronically
• Verifies and corrects (if needed) all order information pushed over on electronic orders
• Retrieves required information/documents from a prior file and drops in new file (as applicable)
• Creates Assignments (as applicable)
• Drops appropriate Lender Cards on the file in ResWare
• Orders title based on client and state
• Supports other SOU teams as applicable
• Other related duties as assigned or requested
