Responsibilities

• Provide centralized clerical processing of documents for residential escrows.
• Relieve branches of high-volume processes.
• Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches and occasionally customers.
• Scan/image escrow documents to ensure history is archived and quality control is met.
• Assist with lender/buyer funds receipts and coordinate with Escrow for in-office support.
• Handle HOA demands and escrow support functions on a national level.
• Engage in a high-volume, production role processing for 6.5 hours daily.
• Meet with manager monthly to review production and receive task training.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows.
• Relieve branches of high-volume processes.
• Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches and occasionally customers.
• Scan/image escrow-related documents to ensure history is archived and that vital records are protected and meet quality control standards.
• Receipt in Lender/Buyer Funds and work closely with Escrow to provide in-office support.
• Fulfill prior to doc conditions, manage HOA demands, and process remediation and escrow support functions on a national level.
• Engage in a high volume, production role consisting of 6.5 hours daily processing.
• Meet with manager on a monthly basis to review production numbers and train on new tasks.
