Job summary

AppleOne is seeking a detail-oriented escrow document processor in Roseville, CA. You will scan, image, and archive escrow documents and support the opening and closing of residential escrows, communicating with branches and customers as needed.

This temporary-to-hire role pays $20.00–$21.00 per hour, with a daily workload of about 6.5 hours. Candidates should have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organization, and a reliable work ethic.

• Provide centralized clerical processing support for documents related to the opening and closing of residential escrows.

• Receipt lender and buyer funds and assist escrow teams with in-office processing support.
• Support prior-to-document conditions, HOA demands, remediation tasks, and national escrow support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide centralized clerical processing support for documents related to the opening and closing of residential escrows.

• Receipt lender and buyer funds and assist escrow teams with in-office processing support.
• Support prior-to-document conditions, HOA demands, remediation tasks, and national escrow support functions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
• Location: Roseville, CA.
• Daily workload includes approximately 6.5 hours of processing.
