Escrow Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $22–$25/hour

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in mortgage, escrow, loan processing, or residential construction who enjoys working in a structured, step-by-step environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts and transaction documents for accuracy and completeness
• Verify signatures and ensure all required documentation is properly executed
• Compare figures and validate financial details for consistency
• Support the sales management team with escrow and closing-related tasks
• Follow structured workflows, completing tasks sequentially before progressing to multi-tasking responsibilities
• Manage multiple priorities effectively once fully trained

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage, escrow, loan processing, or homebuilding environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow processes and work in a step-by-step environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign) is a plus
• Experience with ERP or contract management systems is a plus
• Onsite role in Fairfield, CA with ample parking available
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
