Job summary

Cal Pacific Escrow, a rapidly growing independent escrow company serving the Southern California real estate market, seeks an experienced outside sales professional to expand our San Diego presence. You will build relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and industry professionals, driving new escrow business through face-to-face engagement and strategic networking.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of outside sales success, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to exceed sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in real estate or a related industry is required.
• Existing relationships within the real estate community are strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with escrow, title, mortgage, real estate transactions, home warranty, NHD, or related services is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow escrow business by building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct regular in-person sales calls, office visits, networking activities, and client meetings to generate new business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the San Diego real estate market.
• Leverage social media and digital tools to maintain visibility and engage with clients and prospects.
• Plan and participate in industry events, mixers, educational seminars, and networking activities.
• Develop and execute a personal sales plan designed to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly production goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, prospects, and client relationships using the company's CRM.
• Work closely with the escrow team to ensure an exceptional client experience and develop repeat and referral business.
