Job summary

Workway BancForce in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Escrow Support Processor to provide centralized clerical processing for residential escrow initiatives and to ensure files are properly set up and documented in compliance with company policies.

The role demands strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting, and the capacity to handle high-volume escrow documentation. Compensation includes medical, dental, vision coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized clerical processing of documents for initiation and closing of residential escrows.
• Process a high volume of escrow documentation accurately in a production-focused environment.
• Support branch operations by relieving offices of high-volume paperwork responsibilities.
• Ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accuracy while managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
• Perform behind-the-scenes processing functions without direct communication with branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders.
• Meet productivity expectations within a fast-paced, high-volume workflow.
